How do I cancel a booking?
Tell Laure in the chat. She shows you the fees before anything is cancelled.
Message Laure "cancel my booking". She lists your cancellable bookings, each with its condition: free of charge, or with a fee.
Pick the one you want to cancel. Laure then shows you the fee and the amount refunded to you. Nothing is cancelled until you confirm.
A non-refundable rate cannot be cancelled: the night is still charged. Laure tells you before you book.
