When do I pay for my booking?
Either when you book, or a few days before your stay. Laure tells you before you book.
It depends on the rate you choose.
For a cancellable rate, the room is taken straight away. You get the payment link 48 hours before free cancellation ends, and a reminder 24 hours before that same deadline. If it isn't paid, the booking is cancelled at no charge: you haven't paid anything and you won't.
For a non-refundable rate, you pay first. The room is taken as soon as the payment is received. If it can't be booked, you are refunded in full, to the card you paid with.
Payment is always made on a secure page. No card number ever goes through the chat.
